It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high quality, treatment that fits your budget. Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of your appointment. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.
Our office accepts:
- Cash or Check
- Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express
- Optional Payment Plans: Should you desire to make monthly payments, we will be happy to assist you in applying for financing
- Our healthcare financing company is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan with an interest free options.
If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We understand that your time is valuable and we’ll make every effort to provide services in a timely manner. We strive to give each patient our undivided attention for the scheduled appointment time. In exchange, we expect that you will be present for you appointment at the scheduled time that has been reserved for you.
Scheduling conflicts occasionally occur and we request at least 24-hours notice if cancellation of your appointment is necessary. We reserve the right to charge for cancelled appointments without advance notice.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
